Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our collision repair team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry, such as a dealership, repair facility, or related environment. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for collision repair customers.
Guide customers through the repair and insurance claims process.
Take photos and document vehicle collision damage.
Identify and document basic repair requirements.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with parts vendors and suppliers regarding parts availability and pricing.
Perform administrative and data-entry functions related to repair files.
Assist with the intake process for incoming repairs and prepare files for senior appraisers.
Ensure a positive customer experience from vehicle drop-off through repair completion.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous automotive, dealership, collision repair, or service advisor experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Comfortable using computers, cameras, and office software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle repairs is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
