The Warehouse and Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are efficient, our inventory is up-to-date, and that our warehouse staff is performing to the best of their abilities.

Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and foster professional development.
- Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Manage schedule of workers and submit payroll bi-weekly.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Warehouse team
- Work closely with the Warehouse Lead Hand to ensure all operational duties are completed daily
- Manage warehouse inventory by ensuring that stock levels are maintained, discrepancies are identified and/or adjusted
- Enforce regular weekly / bi-weekly count of inventory and do necessary reconciliation
- Collaborate with other departments such as Admin, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales to streamline operations.
- Communicate with other Branches regarding short-dated products and availability
- Maintain strong relationships with Pepsi supplier
- Perform other duties as assigned

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
- Strong knowledge in inventory control and scanning is preferred
- Must be able to operate all warehouse equipment
