Position: Junior Installer & Senior Installer
Job Type: Full-Time
Wage: Junior - $20-$25/hour + Benefits
Senior - $26-$35/hour + Benefits

Main Duties:
A successful applicant is expected to perform the following duties:
· Remove and replace residential roofs
· Install, repair or replace plywood when necessary
· Inspect roofs for leaks, determine and implement best repair procedures
· Install, repair or replace skylights
· Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
· Install or replace metal flashing (Senior)
· Install vapor barriers, and venting systems
· Use of power tools
· Maintain a safe work environment for the crew, and adhere to all safety training policies
· Communicate with customers in positive manner
Employment Requirements:
A successful applicant is required to have the following experience and/or knowledge:
· Junior installers must have a minimum of 1 year installing experience in sloped roofing
· Senior installers must have a minimum of 3 years installing experience in sloped roofing
· Must be able to work on all roof pitches
· Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time in a physically demanding position
· Must have access to reliable transportation
· Driver’s License an asset
· Will be required to complete company specific safety training
· Must have valid Working at Heights safety certification, training can be provided
· Must have steel toe shoe/boots
· Must be punctual and reliable
· Must be able to work well with others, in a team setting
