About the Role
Are you a seasoned clinician looking for autonomy without the administrative headache? Cultivating Resilience Counselling is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contractor to join our team in Delhi, Ontario.
We are looking for a seasoned clinician willing to take on all new individual clients (age 10+) referred through NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits) and VQRP (Victim Quick Response Program). As well, through exceptional word of mouth, community presence and personalized advertising and social media, the selected candidate will be able to work with any modality, population and/or specialty they choose. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an active caseload with full back-end support, and flexibility in scheduling and client focus.

- Competitive Split with 60% going to clinician: With the base rate of session at $165, the clinician would earn $99 for each client hour

Requirements
To meet the requirements for our specialized provider programs (NIHB/VQRP), candidates must have:
- License Status: Must be a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with Independent Practice status or a Master Social Worker (MSW).
- Note: We cannot accept "Qualifying" status for this role.
- Location: Ability to work in-person at our Delhi, Ontario office (Hybrid arrangements are available, but local in-person availability is required).
- Team: A friendly collaborative team
- Environment: A beautifully designed clinical space in a building owned by the clinical directors ensures clinician and client needs are a priority.
- Location: Detached building with plenty of free street/lot parking for clients and therapists.
- Clinical Independence: Ability to manage a caseload and documentation with minimal oversight.
- Training: Suicide Prevention training is strongly encouraged.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals and youth aged 10+.
- Manage a caseload including a number of NIHB and VQRP-funded clients.
- Act within ethical guidelines at all time
- Maintain accurate clinical records within the Jane system.
- Coordinate with our VA for billing and scheduling.
Pay: From $99.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
