HVAC Service Supervisor | $85,000 to $135,200 per year
Position Overview:
The Service Supervisor provides hands-on, field-based leadership to strengthen how service work is executed across Welldone's operations. This role exists to raise the bar on technical ability, execution of high-quality service and repair work, and customer-facing professionalism in the field.
Leadership in this position is demonstrated through technical support, consistent job site presence, and setting other techs up for success. Quality Control (QC) is the lens through which all work is viewed-used to reduce callbacks, improve preventive maintenance execution, and continuously improve technician performance, professionalism and the Welldone customers experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide hands-on field leadership through regular site presence, and technical support

Support technicians with real-time troubleshooting, job readiness, and coaching on execution and professionalism

Reinforce workmanship standards and escalate performance concerns to the Service Manager when needed

Coach technicians on excellence standards, efficiency, documentation, and soft skills (customer interactions)

Job site audits and post-job inspections, after PM and spot work.

Review of service documentation (including BuildOps reports) for accuracy, completeness, and professionalism

Identification of workmanship issues, training gaps, and process breakdowns contributing to callbacks or rework

Real-time coaching and corrective feedback to prevent repeat issues

Tracking trends in callbacks, warranty work, and recurring service breakdowns

Support team meetings and service initiatives that improve alignment and execution discipline

Assist with project coordination where field oversight strengthens quality and customer outcomes
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-based or technical field

HVAC industry experience required

Journeyman certificate in a related trade preferred

Demonstrated technical troubleshooting capability

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

High level of professionalism and communication skill (verbal and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (BuildOps experience preferred)
