About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to join our team in Surrey for a 4 to 8 week contract, with the potential for extension. This role is designed purely to provide essential day/day administrative and data-entry coverage during an employee leave of absence.

Please note: This is a strictly full-time, on-site position at our Surrey office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee administrative inquiries.
- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the administrative processing of employee benefits and claims.
- Assist with data tracking and reporting for external government agencies and corporate compliance.
- Maintain, update, and file employee records with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide general data-entry and administrative support to the leadership team as required to maintain department continuity.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- A positive, collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to start work immediately.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a Human Resources or Payroll department.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience assisting with payroll processing.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Preferred Assets
- Previous experience using Humi HRIS is a significant asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for general reporting and administrative tasks.
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
