Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for clients, customers and vendors
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns and escalate appropriately when necessary
- Manage incoming phone calls, general e-mails and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meeting rooms and respite bookings
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and meeting minutes
- Manage records and maintain office files
Ideal Candidates will Posses
- Post secondary education in business administration, office administration or other related fields or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience
- Superior customer service abilities
- Ability to build relationships with people of all abilities and cultures
- Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Word/Excel/Teams and Room Bookings
Successful Candidate Must Provide
- Current Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED (Level A)
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid Ontario G Drivers Licence
- Pre-Employment Health Form
- 2 Valid Covid 19 Vaccinations
