Position: Parking Facility Ambassador
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

We are currently looking for 2 new Parking Facility Ambassadors to join our growing Saskatoon team. You will be responsible for providing parking enforcement services, equipment servicing, maintenance duties and contribute to a high end customer service experience.
What you’ll be doing:
· Patrolling of parking lots
· Issue parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking rules
· Monitor and respond to alerts through a variety of platforms.
· Address any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment.
· Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot parking equipment and software
· Maintain cleanliness schedule for assigned lot locations.
· Maintain and manage inventory of equipment.
· Handle all inquires from customers (great customer service is a must)
· Other related duties may be assigned.

· Working outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift
· Able to walk, stand for extended periods
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
· Courteous and tactful to patrons, visitors, and employees
· Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions
· Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
· Complete multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of self-direction
· Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
· Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm / maintain positive attitude under pressure.
