Parkway Nissan of Stoney Creek is Seeking an Experienced Used Automotive Sales Manager
Are you a Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 experience? Do you have a proven sales track record at an organization selling a minimum of 35 used vehicles per month. Parkway Nissan is looking for a rock star Sales Manager with Automotive Sales Management experience. Your resume will not be considered for this position if you have not managed an automotive sales team.
Parkway Nissan is part of Parkway Motors Hamilton. We have been serving the Greater Hamilton area for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Manager. You must be able to demonstrate a history of sales success to apply.

Responsibilities:
Assist sales team to exceed volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction standards
Greet each client who visits the dealership in person and following up with those who visit us online
Working with Sales People to help them improve their skills
Working with our Financial Services Managers to help them improve their skills or to meet with more clients
Conduct monthly meetings with Sales People to review their results and provide positive feedback; be a coach
Assist New Vehicle Managers and General Manager in any other assigned duties
Merchandising and reconditioning of used vehicles
Advertising with online vendors
Sales negotiating

Proven success in the role of Vehicle Sales Management required, pre-owned is preferred.

Tech savvy

Valid G class driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
Valid OMVIC License
