We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong sales focus to lead our cosmetic boutique, drive team performance, and deliver an elevated client experience.
Compensation:
- $25/hour base salary
- Personal sales commission
- Team sales commission
- Higer step commission structure (based on performance)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager
- Experience in cosmetic/beauty retail sales
- Proven ability to lead a team and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) is required
Position Details:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule required (open availability, including opening and closing shifts)
- Sales-driven role with clear performance expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive store sales performance
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets
- Drive personal sales performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure the team meets overall store goals
- Manage daily store operations
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards
- Manage store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, pricing, and inventory purchasing
- Utilize strong communication skills to foster a positive team environment and resolve customer concerns efficiently
