Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction and installation, with required experience in vinyl/hardie siding and cladding installation, and expertise in using hand tools. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and comfort working at heights on a regular basis. Installers will be responsible for completing installations accurately, safely, and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of various products (siding, vinyl, cladding, soffit, fascia, etc.), ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, fastening, and assembling materials.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
- Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms as required.
Experience
- Required: Proven experience in siding and cladding installation.
- Required: Valid Full Class 5 Drivers License
- Experience as an Installer or in a related field such as carpentry or maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and equipment used in installation tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Comfortable and competent working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Certifications (not required but preferred)
- First Aid
- Fall Arrest
- Elevated Platforms
- Forklift Certification
