Outside Sales Representative – Food Distribution (GTA)

C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. is a growing food distribution company supplying premium specialty products to grocery stores and foodservice operators across Ontario. We are expanding our product portfolio and customer base and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.
What You’ll Do

Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA

Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking

Build long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers

Present and sell our product portfolio with confidence

Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and product launches

Grow existing accounts and increase order volume

Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and digital tools

Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure excellent service

Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice / CPG / distribution preferred)

Proven ability to prospect and close new business

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Organized with strong time management skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Comfortable using CRM and sales tools

Bilingual English / French is an asset
Compensation & Benefits

Year 1 Base Salary: $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Year 2+: $40,000 base + uncapped commission

Realistic On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+
