We are seeking an experienced Construction / Commercial Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction and landscaping projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage 3–5 commercial construction/landscaping projects simultaneously.
- Plan, schedule, budget, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and safety.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership to field crews and assist on-site when required.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction and/or commercial landscaping.
- Experience managing projects from planning through completion.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually
