Farm Hand Wanted – Cash Crop Farm
Zilke Farms is looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced farm hand. This position includes a variety of different jobs and tasks such as field work and shop/mechanical work.
Responsibilities may include:
* Operating all different kinds of farm machinery and equipment
* Field work during planting and harvest seasons
* Perform routine and general maintenance and shop work
*Washing and cleaning equipment
Preferences:
* Previous farm experience
* Experience operating machinery and equipment
* Mechanically inclined is an asset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work long hours during busy seasons and weekends.
*Must have G-License and transportation to work
*Located locally around Woodstock/Hickson Area
*Physically capable to lift potential heavy weight materials.
*A/Z license an asset but not a requirement
*Knowledgeable with technology
