Duties
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in various subjects based on student needs
- Develop customized lesson plans and instructional materials to enhance understanding
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and areas for improvement
- Support students in developing study skills, organizational strategies, and academic confidence
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Skills
- Proven experience in Tutoring or Teaching, preferably with classroom experience
- Excellent Communication Skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
- Ability to work effectively with Children of diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and track student progress
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping students succeed
- Ability to create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters learning and growth
Pay: $84.00-$140.00 per hour
