Theory + Essence is a luxury, results-driven medi spa specializing in advanced facial treatments, skin health, and exceptional client care. We are looking for a passionate Massage Therapist or experienced Facial Therapist to join our growing team on either a part-time or full-time basis.
Our facial treatments are highly hands-on and incorporate extensive facial, neck, shoulder, scalp, and décolleté massage. We are looking for someone with beautiful massage techniques who loves creating an unforgettable client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Massage therapist or experienced facial therapist with exceptional massage skills
- Experience performing facial, neck, scalp, shoulder and décolleté massage
- Passion for skincare, wellness and helping clients feel their absolute best
- Warm, caring and professional personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering luxury treatments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Advanced facials
- Lymphatic drainage massage
- Buccal or facial sculpting massage
- Hydrafacial
- Chemical peels
- Sciton BBL & MOXI laser treatments (training available for the right candidate)
- Medical-grade skincare product recommendations
