Job Description
Valcon Ltd. is seeking 3 motivated and reliable Labourers to join our heavy civil construction team. Successful candidates will assist with various construction and maintenance tasks while working safely and efficiently alongside supervisors and equipment operators.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General labour and construction assistance
- Site clean-up and material handling
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment
- Assisting operators and skilled tradespeople
- Following company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Construction experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of manual labour
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
