Warehouse Associate - Order Picker (cherry picker) to support our client's operations in Calgary, AB. This role involves operating specialized forklift equipment, supporting receiving functions, and completing order picking tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This role requires you to be experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift: Mon - Thurs, 10-hour afternoon shifts OR Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift equipment, including Order Picker (Cherry Picker), within the warehouse environment
- Support receiving operations, including unloading, staging, and proper put-away of incoming goods
- Perform order picking using RF scanner technology, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Accurately stock inventory and retrieve products based on system instructions
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and organization in all warehouse tasks
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts, including Order Picker (Cherry Picker) equipment

Valid forklift certification and fall protection certification

Hands-on experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory flow

Proven experience in order picking with a focus on accuracy and productivity

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
