We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales/Tankless professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our HVAC solutions, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively demonstrate products and develop lasting customer relationships. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct in home technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pre-sales consultation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with teams to understand product specifications and provide accurate information during client interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using salesforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to HVAC solutions.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset.
- Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs.
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets (meeting or exceeding goals).
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills enable the building of long term customer relationships. 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role preferred
- In home sales experienced is preferred.
- Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and quality targets
- Ability to work flexible working hours, as some evenings and weekends are required.
- Computer skills an asset
Pay: $100,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
