Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with their service selections
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering personalized recommendations
- Perform barbering services as needed, maintaining high sanitation standards
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and processing transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and common areas throughout the day
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling strategies confidently
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures in a salon or retail environment
