We are seeking an experienced and driven Installation Manager to lead our installation operations across both Residential and Commercial departments. This role will oversee all aspects of the installation process, from planning and coordination to execution and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all installation activities for residential and commercial projects
- Lead, train, and support installation teams to ensure consistent performance and quality
- Develop and implement installation processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and safety
- Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project completion
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide expert solutions
- Prepare reports and provide input on project planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of European and North American window and door installation techniques, systems, and building envelope principles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of construction documentation and technical specifications
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required
- Physically capable of performing site inspections around British Columbia as needed
Education
- Secondary School (required), technical or construction management education (preferred)
Experience
- Window Installation: 5 – 10 years (required)
- Leadership or Management: 3+ years (required)
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delta, BC V4G 1H2
