Dispatch Service Representative HVAC/Plumbing

Duties:
- Handle high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone systems and email

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while assisting customers
- Dispatch service technicians to service calls and deal with service priority
- Uphold a professional demeanor while representing the company

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
