About the Role
NACC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Exam Proctor to support the integrity, accuracy, and quality assurance of NACC exam processes. This remote role is responsible for monitoring exam activity, reviewing and verifying exam records, documenting issues, preparing reports, and supporting timely communication related to exams, policy violations, technical issues, and academic integrity matters.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the daily administration, review, documentation, and reporting of NACC exams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Exam Monitoring & Verification
- View daily exams using our online exam system and conduct detailed reviews.
- Verify student information for each exam in NACC database.
- Confirm college information in NACC database to prepare accurate reports and correspondence.
- Identify irregularities or anomalies during exam review and take appropriate steps for escalation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update the NACC database with daily exam information.
- Transfer exam data from the online exam system to the database on a daily basis.
- Prepare and file reports for Lack of Academic Integrity (LAIs) and technical failures (Tech Fails).
Communication & Escalation
- Inform the Manager of Exam Operations of any exam anomalies or issues related to the online exam system.
- Notify the Manager of Exam Operations of any anomalies requiring college follow-up.
- Prepare and send emails related to LAIs, Tech Fails, and Policy Violations.
- Convert letters/reports to PDF and distribute them to the correct individuals at the appropriate time for forwarding to colleges.
Tracking & Quality Assurance
- Support ongoing monitoring and follow-up related to:
- Online exam system Updates Required for NACC
- End of Practicum Date Issue
- Ensure all reports, logs, and documents are filed correctly and consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
· Experience using Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing records, reports, and documentation.
· Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Good judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
· Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
· Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate correspondence.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting daily deadlines.
