Gen AI Ansible Developer – Ansible, LLM, Python, YAML, Shell Scripting
Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
12 Months Contract
- We’re seeking an experienced developer to enhance our internal tools that empower RBCs Production Support teams.
- You’ll work on innovative solutions combining GitHub Actions automation| LLM-driven workflows| and Ansible-based infrastructure management to streamline email handling and server/container operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation tools for email triage/management using LLMs
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for CI/CD of production support tools
- Create Ansible playbooks for server/container configuration management
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing production support workflows
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and reliability
- Provide L3 support for developed tools and automation frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience within RBC
- Proven expertise with GitHub Actions for automation and CI/CD
- Hands-on experience developing LLM-integrated applications (e.g.| GPT| BERT)
- Strong Ansible automation skills for Linux/Windows servers and containers
- Proficiency in Python| YAML| and shell scripting
- Experience with email parsing/processing systems (e.g.| MIME| SMTP APIs)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RBCs internal infrastructure and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of production support processes (incident/problem management)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk| AppDynamics) Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
