Thrive Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is looking for a part-time chiropractic assistant/receptionist to add to our growing and fast-paced wellness clinic.
The right fit for our team must be friendly, energetic, health-minded, and willing to go the extra mile to make all patients feel like family! We treat families at Thrive, so it is necessary that you are comfortable around kids, and can maintain a calm composure even during the busy times.

Responsibilities of our Chiropractic Assistants:
· Greeting patients in a happy, energetic nature
· Managing efficient flow of the clinic
· Assisting patients into their treatment rooms
· Helping with daily cleaning duties
· Handling admin duties – filing, booking patients, answering phones and emails etc.
· Billing insurance, helping to manage motor vehicle accident claims and WCB claims
· Assisting with clinic events and/or social media
· Creating a friendly and supportive environment
· Helping with clinic laundry
Required Skills: (No previous experience is needed!)
· Excellent customer service skills
· Detail oriented, organized and hard working
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure
· Kind, personable, and able to work as a team!
· Willingness to learn!

Thrive is a beautifully designed wellness clinic located in Windermere in SW Edmonton. Our clinic is a family-wellness clinic with a large patient base in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy and naturopathic medicine.

Hours for the position: We ideally need someone who is able to work closing shifts in our clinic which would approximately be 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM, but we do have some flexibility with the hours and a day shift may be needed as well. We are also open on Saturdays and would like to find someone who can work Saturdays!
