Position: HVAC - Maintenance Sales Representative
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Uncapped earning potential!
On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $150,000 + Top performers exceed $150,000
Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

What You Will Be Doing:
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts.

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and referrals.

Develop maintenance plans that align with the client's specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.

Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
