We are a 47 year family owned dealership on Vancouver Island with strong brand presence, consistent showroom traffic, and a steady flow of digital leads. Our culture is professional, performance driven, and customer focused, no old school tactics.
All of our current Sales Consultants have been with us for over 6 years.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience (required)
- Proven closing and follow-up ability
- Strong CRM and lead management discipline
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Professional presentation and communication
- Valid driver’s license
