Mira Bead Studio is a creative DIY jewelry workshop and retail studio located in Centre Village Mall, Lethbridge. We specialize in hands-on jewelry-making experiences while also offering a carefully curated selection of unique beads, jewelry-making supplies, and fashion accessories. We're looking for a friendly, creative, and reliable Retail & Workshop Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide basic guidance and basic assistance to customers during their DIY jewelry-making experience
- Operate the POS system and process sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail and workshop space
- Assist with workshops, community events, and seasonal markets
- Help create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Handle customer questions professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Perform other retail duties as required
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn
- Passionate about arts, crafts, jewelry, or DIY
- Comfortable appearing in photos or short videos for social media
- Available to work weekends
Experience with beading or jewelry-making is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.
