As part of its growth outside Quebec, we are looking for a Product Specialist capable of carrying the technical expertise of our equipment and actively contributing to market development.

Mandate
The selected candidate will act as a technical and commercial reference for markets outside Quebec.
1. Product Expertise
- Master the technical characteristics and applications of the equipment.
- Adapt the sales and technical approach based on crop types and field realities.
- Conduct demonstrations and trials in real operating conditions.
- Support complex sales requiring strong technical credibility.
2. Market Development
- Identify and qualify growers and strategic partners.
- Structure and manage a commercial development pipeline.
- Contribute to the expansion into new territories (Canada and United States).
- Participate in targeted agricultural trade shows.
3. Strategic Contribution
- Document customer needs and market trends.
- Provide structured feedback to engineering for continuous product improvement.
- Contribute to product positioning and offer development.

Profile
- Significant experience in B2B business development
- Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector (strong asset)
- Technical understanding of mechanical equipment

- Willingness to travel frequently
