Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including softscapes and hardscape construction.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and meets quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry
-A deep knowledge of interlocking paving stone installations, Segmental retaining walls and carpentry.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
-Ability to operate skid steers and excavators.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
