Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team for the summer season. This position is scheduled from Tuesday through Sunday, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The role is expected to last approximately six months. Following the summer season, weekend shifts may remain available during the winter months for the successful candidate. This role is essential in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring that all food service standards are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation. Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with breakfast service, ensuring a positive start to their day
Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
Restock food items, utensils, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout the service period
Monitor food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests with professionalism and courtesy
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed diligently during food preparation and service
Skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to attend guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety standards
Experience in food handling is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Hospitality background or experience in the food service industry is a plus
