Required Qualifications:
One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in staff scheduling. Advanced experience with ESP scheduling software and Infor WFM (including Advanced Scheduler training). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience working in a unionized environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience documenting and analyzing business processes. Core Competencies include demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex and time-sensitive issues. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism Commitment to client service and continuous improvement. Additional requirements: Proven reliability and strong attendance record. Post-secondary education (e.g., business/office administration or related certification).
