In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating existing marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance, and leading our team of account coordinators to ensure client happiness and retention.
Evaluate and Enhance Marketing Strategy: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current marketing strategies (including SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Website, etc), including target audience, messaging, channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas of improvement and develop innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Lead Team of Account Coordinators: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of account coordinators responsible for executing day-to-day client campaigns. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.
Client Happiness and Retention: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Ensure exceptional client experience by understanding their unique needs, addressing concerns promptly, and proactively suggesting innovative solutions to drive results and exceed expectations.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, regularly analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with the team to implement changes, track progress, and achieve client goals.
Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives and budgets. Create detailed reports and presentations showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation marketing. Share relevant insights with the team and leverage them to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a lead generation marketing agency or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both internal teams and clients.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.
