Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized Full-Time Dispatcher to manage our daily field operations. In this role, you will coordinate our fleet schedules and serve as the main point of contact for our drivers and clients. This position requires shift work to support our 24/7 oilfield operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily well servicing, rig support, and some fluid hauling.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, field staff, and clients.
- Organize and track operational data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and our electronic ticket program TicketExcel
- Maintain accurate digital logs and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and GPS application.
- Asset: Previous experience in dispatching or the oilfield service industry.
- Asset: Familiarity with safety compliance platforms like ComplyWorks and ISNetworld.
- Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
