Overview
We are looking for a passionate, client-focused part-time Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. Natures Way is a welcoming, client-focused wellness centre. We offer a variety of services such as Halotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Ioncleanse Foot Detox, Red Light Therapy, Massages, Facials and Body Treatments.
The Spa Therapist will provide our signature spa massages, holistic facials and body wraps.
We’re hoping to welcome the right candidate starting late June or early July.
This is a part time position with typical workdays including Saturdays, Sundays, and every second Wednesday and Thursday evening with the opportunity for additional hours and role growth over time.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment preferences and any areas of concern.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
- Assist with front desk & cleaning duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Qualifications
- Valid certification in massage or spa therapy, or previous massage or spa experience
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work late afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willingness to learn and grow as a therapist
Compensation is based on experience and is comprised of hourly base wage, commissions and gratuities.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
