Champion Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Personnel. In this role, you’ll keep a busy distribution hub running smoothly by diagnosing machinery issues, keeping high-speed conveyor systems rolling, and tackling hands-on repairs across the facility. What You’ll Do
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify equipment in need of repair, with a heavy focus on keeping conveyor belt systems and production machinery running efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections of the entire facility to assess overall conditions and stay ahead of potential issues.
- Conduct minor mechanical repairs that don't require a specialized technician.
- Tackle general handyman tasks to keep the building looking sharp, including drywall work, painting, and basic structural repairs.
- Assess equipment issues, determine the feasibility of repairs, and independently order the necessary tools, supplies, and materials to get the job done.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment operate safely, prioritize urgent tasks effectively, and communicate progress clearly with team leads and managers.
What We Are Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with an instinct for troubleshooting and fixing things.
- Previous maintenance experience is a major asset (whether from a warehouse, production facility, hotel, office, or equipment maintenance background).
- Prior experience working around warehouses and production lines is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with warehouse operations.
