Kidco Construction is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator in our Earthworks Division for the 2026 season.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-
Possesses 3-5 years of experience operating excavators on civil earthworks projects

Fine-grade finishing experience using GPS
-
Can efficiently operate excavators ranging from 300 to 1250 in size
-
Experienced with bulking and efficiently loading rock and haul trucks
-
Experience in residential subdivision excavation is as asset
-
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Works well in a team environment and is a team player

Holds safety certifications (e.g., Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification) as an asset

Has reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license
Typical Schedule:
-
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Sundays and long weekends off (or available on a volunteer basis for those seeking extra hours).
