Window Mart Inc. is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Sales Department Assistant to join our team in Edmonton. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and customer - oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
● Perform various administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing mail, answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
● Schedule appointments, keep track of appointments, schedule and make updates as needed
● Communicate with clients, Sales Representatives, suppliers and work associates as required
● Maintain accurate records and support the Sales Department with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
● Fluent in English (spoken and written)
● Previous experience working with customers by phone and in person is a plus
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Professional attitude
● Ability to work full - time, Monday – Friday - Edmonton, AB
No experience in the windows and doors industry is required. Training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Starting salary: $19 to $23 per hour commensurate with education and experience
