Since 1956 Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Burnaby, Kingsway has been the market leader for plumbing, heating and air conditioning services in the Lower Mainland. With more than 65 years of ongoing success we continue to expand and excel in providing the best for our customers. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.
As our company continues to grow, we need to add more people to our award-winning team! We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to help meet the needs of our customers. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Job Duties:
You will be responsible for and must have experience in some or all of the following:
- Coordinating with our staff and customers to manage the schedule of our technicians
- Working in the company software system and keep track of the availability and location of our technicians
- Maintaining communication with our customers and account managers
- Establishing value with new and repeat customers
Education, Experience, and Language:
- Min. secondary school education is required.
- Must be functional in English.
Skills Requirements:
- Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with clients as well as team members
- Highly-organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Good computer skills and typing speed.
- Have a great attitude and a positive, energetic personality
