About the Role
To ensure complete guest satisfaction and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at an

Environmental Management System stewardship initiatives whenever possible. Provided
exceptional service to resort guests.
What You’ll Do
- Complete all side duties and opening / closing duties.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to sell food & beverage items.
- Maintain full product knowledge of all food & beverage items.
- Place orders directly into POS system.
- Serve guests adhering to resort standards.
- Accept cash/credit/debit cards and make change for the guests.
- Ensure all dirty dishes, garbage, and recyclables are removed from the shop.
- Assist with training, stocking, ordering and inventory.
- Complete additional job-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Food Safe certification (required).
- Strong customer service or public contact experience.
- 1 year with previous barista or serving experience is an asset.
- Touch screen POS experience would be an asset.
- Strong cash handling skills to control cash, credit and debit, find and correct mistakes
should they occur.
