We’re looking for a proactive and personable outreach professional to help reconnect with past nonprofit clients and build new opportunities across Canada.
About the Role
As a Charity Client Re-Engagement Specialist, your focus will be reconnecting with dormant charity and nonprofit clients, identifying current decision-makers, introducing our services and programs, and helping schedule meetings for our team.
This is a relationship-focused outreach role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, and creating opportunities through thoughtful follow-up and communication.
You’ll play an important role in helping organizations stretch their budgets further while reconnecting them with programs and services designed to support their communities.
About You
You enjoy connecting with people and building relationships. You’re comfortable making outbound calls, following up consistently, and having professional conversations with decision-makers. You’re organized, proactive, and confident communicating by phone and email.
You’re motivated by meaningful, purpose-driven work and enjoy helping organizations find solutions that support their goals. Experience in outreach, customer service, nonprofit work, fundraising, appointment setting, or inside sales is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Re-Engagement & Outreach
· Reach out to dormant charity and nonprofit clients by phone and email
· Research and identify current contacts and decision-makers within organizations
· Introduce Bargains Group programs, services, and community initiatives
· Build interest and identify opportunities for future partnerships
· Schedule meetings and follow-up conversations for the team
· Ask for referrals and identify potential new client opportunities
· Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach initiatives
· Maintain outreach activity and follow-up goals
CRM & Administration
· Maintain accurate client notes and contact information in the CRM system
· Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and client engagement
· Ensure timely updates to pipelines and communication records

Success in this role is measured by meaningful conversations, re-engaged accounts, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked with nonprofit and charity organizations across Canada

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
