What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven track record as a successful Automotive Business Manager (F&I Manager).
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
Be highly skilled in financing, leasing, and lender relationships.
Present vehicle protection products confidently while ensuring customers fully understand their options.
Consistently achieve strong performance in product penetration and profitability.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical business practices.
Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with the sales, service, and leadership teams to create a seamless customer experience.
