Part-Time Real Estate Assistant (Work From Home)
Position: Part-Time Real Estate Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Assistant to help support a growing real estate business. This is a remote, work-from-home position that will start on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Follow up with leads via email, text, and occasional phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records
- Send follow-up emails and basic correspondence
- Keep databases organized and up to date
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making occasional phone calls to leads and clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Previous real estate experience is an asset but not required
