Job Summary
The Billing and Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and administrative support functions.
Duties
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Process recurring invoices and service contracts.
Monitor outstanding invoices and customer balances.
Follow up on overdue accounts professionally.
Support customer account setup and maintenance.
Update CRM and internal systems.
Assist with vendor invoices and month-end activities.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, administration, or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software is an asset.
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
