Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial transport (truck and trailer) repair mechanic. Pay scale will depend upon experience.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical systems within machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Assist in the assembly and installation of new machinery or components
- Follow safety protocols during all repair activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience as a commercial transport repair mechanic
- Must be a certified red-seal mechanic

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
