Seasonal Full‑Time Administrator
Location: Frankford, ON
Schedule: Mid‑March to Mid‑November (one position open; part‑time option available)
About the Role
We are a paving company seeking a highly organized, self‑motivated Administrator to support our team throughout the busy season. This position is responsible for keeping communication, scheduling, and paperwork running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Book quote appointments and manage the quote schedule with the estimator
- Prepare and email quotes/estimates
- Coordinate locates, permits, and communication with towns/cities
- Work directly with customers to prepare job bookings and complete job paperwork
- Assist the owner with administrative and operational tasks
- General office administration and record‑keeping
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional, and able to multitask
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bookkeeping background (QuickBooks)
- Construction administration experience
- Ability to read blueprints (asset, not required)
- Social media skills (asset, not required)
