Aluminium Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fabricating and assembling curtain wall and storefront systems, with a strong background in construction, manufacturing, or glazing-related work.
This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can read fabrication drawings, and is comfortable working with aluminum framing, power tools, and shop equipment.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, drill, mill, and fabricate aluminum materials using hand tools and power tools
- Assemble curtain wall and storefront systems according to fabrication drawings
- Prepare aluminum framing materials for site installation
- Glaze and prepare aluminum doors
- Track material and supply usage
- Use proper assembly techniques to complete fabrication tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials within the fabrication shop
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with curtain wall, storefront, or aluminum fabrication systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Forklift and material-handling experience is an asset
- Familiarity with weeping, sealing, and glazing systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely around materials, tools, and other team members
- Previous warehouse, shop, glazing, or construction experience is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour
