PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the Liquidity Cash Management Treasury Project, which is affiliated with treasury projects. The ideal candidate will connect project activities to Treasury’s strategic objectives and the Bank’s balance sheet mandate, ensuring structured execution and proactive risk management.
PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management - Responsibilities:
- Support core project management activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings
- Work with Business, Technology, and Finance stakeholders to track progress against project milestones
- Maintain project artifacts in enterprise project management tools
- Support investment planning cycles and project financials for projects up to $1 million
- Prepare project- and portfolio-level reporting and executive decks
- Support audit readiness, governance compliance, and continuous improvement
PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management - Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a PCO or PM
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (CA-PPM, PeopleSoft)
- Experience in financial management and maintaining project budgets
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts
PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- PMP Certified and other Project Management certifications
- Advanced MS Project expertise
- Understanding of Product Development Methodologies
- Knowledge of client-specific development processes
- Experience working on technical projects
PM/PCO – Liquidity Cash Management – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
