Part-Time Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Lambton County)

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately one day per week, with opportunities for additional shifts as our services continue to grow.

What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive medication reviews and personalized pharmaceutical consultations.
Administer injections and immunizations.
Deliver minor ailment assessments and other clinical pharmacy services within your scope.
Build strong, lasting relationships with patients through ongoing care and counselling.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Support the dispensary team to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centred workflow.
What You Bring:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with patients.
A passion for clinical pharmacy and delivering high-quality patient care.
Experience with Kroll is an asset, but not required.
