Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
- Support other team members in completing projects on time and to specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to food safety or industrial environments is a plus.
